Some may be surprised to learn that appraisals in Hawaii often require significantly more time to complete than those in Mainland areas. We understand the unique challenges facing appraisers in Hawaii, and we work hard to get your appraisal to you as quickly as possible.

Turnaround time for most of Maui is typically 7 to 14 days.

Turnaround time for Molokai, Lanai, Big Island, and remote areas of Maui (e.g. Hana) is typically 14 to 21 days.

Especially urgent orders can be completed faster. A Rush Fee applies to such orders.
