Turn Time:

We know that a fast turn-time of your appraisal is critical to you, our client. We strive to offer the best turn-time in available in Maui and Hawaii Counties. Some may be surprised to learn that appraisals in Hawaii oftentimes require more time to complete than those in Mainland areas, due to the remote areas of the subject property. We understand the unique challenges facing appraisers in Hawaii, and we work hard to get your appraisal to you as quickly as possible.

The completion for most appraisals, once the inspection has been completed is typically 3 business days. 

The turn around time for Molokai, Lanai, Big Island, and remote areas of Maui (e.g. Hana) is typically 10 days.

Especially urgent orders can be completed faster. A Rush Fee applies to such orders.
