  • Typically, payment is required before inspection can proceed.

We offer several options for payment:

  • Credit Card: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you wish to pay by credit card, download and print the Credit Card Authorization Form, fill it out, and fax it to us as (808) 876-1772. The form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you are not able to download the form, we can fax it to you.
  • Check or Cashier's Check payable to Classic Maui Properties.
  • Cash.
